COLONIAL Secretary's Office,

HONGKONG, 27th June, 1890.

In accordance with instructions from the Right Honourable the

Secretary of State, the Officer Administering the Government has had

under consideration the question of what amount of Sick Leave should

be deducted from Vacation Leave.

His Excellency is pleased to direct that Sick Leave in excess of

twenty-eight days in one year (A.D.) shall be deducted from Vacation

Leave.
